1. Shipping Destinations

NORDVALT currently ships to the following regions:

  1. The Netherlands (domestic)
  2. European Union member states (including Germany, France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, and more)
  3. European Economic Area (EEA) countries
  4. United Kingdom
  5. Other international destinations (subject to availability — please contact us to confirm)

2. Order Processing Time

  1. All orders will be processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation
  2. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays
  3. During promotional events or peak seasons, processing time may be extended to 3 to 5 business days — we will notify you in advance
  4. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered the shipping process, changes can no longer be made

4. Shipping Costs

A. The Netherlands (Domestic)

B. European Union Countries

C. United Kingdom And Other International Destinations

  1. All orders enjoy free standard shipping
  2. Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 business days
  3. International orders may be subject to import duties and customs taxes imposed by the destination country, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer

We work with the following trusted logistics providers to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time:

  1. PostNL: Domestic (Netherlands) and standard European shipping
  2. DHL: Express European and international shipping
  3. UPS: International shipping
  4. DPD: Shipping to selected European destinations

6. Order Tracking

  1. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number
  2. You can track your package using the link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier’s official website directly
  3. Tracking information is typically updated within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch
  4. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact our customer service team

7. Delivery Address

  1. Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order, including house number, floor, and postal code
  2. NORDVALT is not responsible for failed deliveries or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
  3. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us before your order is processed (generally within 24 hours of placing the order)
  4. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes

8. Lost Or Damaged Parcels

  1. If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date
  2. If your parcel arrives with visible external damage, please take photographs and contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  3. We will open an investigation with the relevant carrier and arrange a replacement or refund upon conclusion of the investigation
  4. Investigations typically take 5 to 10 business days to complete

9. Customs Duties And Import Taxes

  1. Orders shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to additional customs duties
  2. Orders shipped to destinations outside the EU (such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Norway) may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or VAT imposed by the destination country
  3. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer — NORDVALT is unable to estimate or pay these fees on your behalf
  4. We recommend that you check with your local customs authority regarding applicable fees before placing your order

10. Force Majeure

NORDVALT shall not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, wars, or other unforeseeable events. We will make every effort to dispatch your order as soon as conditions allow and will keep you informed of any relevant updates.
