1. Your Right To Cancel (EU Consumers)
In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, customers located in the EU or EEA have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without providing any reason. This is known as the “cooling-off period.”

Once we have received your cancellation request, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the order
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
- The item has not been damaged, altered, or washed
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is included with the return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
- Items that have been customized or personalized
- Perishable or hygiene-related products that have been opened or used
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
- Gift cards or vouchers
3. How To Initiate A Return
Returning an item is simple. Please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@nordvalt.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address
- Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and ship them to the address provided
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective or damaged product): NORDVALT will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label
- If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. NORDVALT is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
5. Refund Policy
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
A. Approved Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days of approval
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
B. Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued in the following circumstances:
- The item is returned in a condition that is not fully original (e.g., missing accessories or packaging)
- The item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its condition
- The return is made after the 14-day return window but is approved as a special exception
C. Rejected Refunds
Your refund request may be rejected if:
- The item does not meet the return eligibility conditions outlined in Section 2
- The item was marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- The return was made without prior authorization from our customer service team
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time for your new purchase.
7. Defective Or Damaged Items
We take product quality very seriously. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nordvalt.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the defective or damaged item and its packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
8. Late Or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account or payment method again
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary
- If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nordvalt.com and we will investigate immediately
9. Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@nordvalt.com. We will do our best to cancel the order and issue a full refund
- After Shipment: If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. Please wait for the item to arrive and then follow the standard return process outlined above
